We have released a new version of our Software Project Portfolio Management OpenPPM.




We evolved from the Bulma version based on the CELL version v4.6.1 that contains new improvements.


– Resource Timesheet report in Assignments Tab so TM can see what they have been up to


– In Admin module, Define color in Resource Capacity based upon % workload


– Automatic KPIs from EVM indicators


– New Notification features in Admin Module


– Supporting US Formats (Number and Date) in Admin Module


– Automatic Calculation of Planned Value in Plan Tab – Export Graph (WBS, Schedule Chart, etc..) in PNG Format


– New “Select All” botón in Time Approval


– Add document in Log Book

In this second workshop we will see the continuation of the webinar management TALAIA OpenPPM acquisitions. What does it consist in? Talaia OpenPPM users will be able to implement these management capabilities acquisitions and certain features to manage the sale of projects, pipeline management, etc. Talaia OpenPPM allows procurement project management consistently with the PMBOK Guide. While it is not a tool to manage contracts and billing itself allows the project manager to centrally manage such useful features as work orders, vendor selection, access to folders with the contractual documentation, monitoring of dates and payments, etc. Talaia OpenPPM is also used to manage internal agreements to manage projects across multiple departments within the same company.
