    Hello,
    we have installed Bulma in our company (Czech republic). We are struggling to get our czech language special characters displaying properly. UTF8 has been set (at least I was assured that it has been set) … but in general, how should we setup (and where) OpenPPM to language specific characters? (czech in this case)?
