    The PMO support officer needs to be able to set-up users/contacts with a default password, from time to time reset the password. How is this done when setting up a new account or when updating and existing account?

    Our Project Managers are required to change their passwords monthly but the the reset link does not work what needs to be configured on the server so they can reset their password?
