    New user install and the site comes up but in Spanish and not English. How do I change the default language to show in English for the Web presentation of Tomcat. Thanks.

    I meant Bulam 4.2.9 sorry for the dyslexia on the number-version.

    Hi Brian,

    As mentioned in the othe post, language settings of OpenPPM are defined in OpenPPM and are user defined.
