OpenPPM LDAP Security setup. 01-03-2017 Creator: Abdallah Hamad

Dears

hope anyone can help me with this, we installed OpenPPM 4.2.9 and we are trying to use LDAP as authentication type. however I always get localhost:389 error. please find a screenshot of my settings and tell me what i’m doing wrong, my LDAP is part of active directory.

for server: Domain controller IP Address and it i can ping the server
Port: 389
Account: CN=Administrator,CN=Users,DC=cubic-art,DC=local also tried uid=
Base: DC=cubic-art,DC=local
Identificator: sAMAccountName
Name: givenName
Lastname: SN

could you be so kind to send us the log files? Those files are located at tomcat/logs folder.
